'cause I looked closely and it really looks like watercolor paint.

Oh this is very cool :) I like the flower and the colour texture to the area. Even the pose of the little kitten who off on his adventure to find the oxen once he put his boot on. Wonderful job! ^-^

Haha, this texture was actually from the paper I drew at. ^^
But there are filters from PS CS2 Texture: burlap, that can imitate watercolour paper. :)
